1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CasaComfort Designs website (casacomfort.shop) and any purchases or bookings made through it. By using our site, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All product prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email and can track your order status on our website.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria. Delivery timelines vary by location: Lagos (2-3 business days), Abuja (3-5 business days), other states (5-7 business days). Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Installation Services

Installation bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Once you submit a booking request, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the date, time, and scope of work. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Custom fabric cuttings and installation services are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of CasaComfort Designs and is protected by Nigerian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CasaComfort Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
